In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product, send it back to us in the original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will replace it for you!

Payment options

Transactions are processed through our secure servers using 128-bit encryption, which gives our valued customers peace of mind. Your purchase details will normally appear on your credit card statement the month following your transaction.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours of receipt and we use a safe and secure payment system – Paystation. Orders will normally be shipped within 24 – 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If there is a problem for any reason, we will advise you. All National orders are full track and trace. National orders will be dispatched by either PBT Couriers or Courier Post.

Delivery Services & Expected Delivery Times

National (within New Zealand): most parcels will be delivered within 2 – 3 days.

International Air Mail: 3 – 14 working days (please note that delivery times might be longer due to circumstances beyond our control).
